Hyderabadi style paneer is extremely delicious and will make you lick your plates clean. The recipe looks a little difficult but if you follow all the steps carefully, it will all be fine. It tastes best when served with naan and rice. Serve this dish at kitty parties, buffets and potlucks and earn compliments from your guests for your amazing culinary skills.

Ingredients for Hydrabadi Paneer Recipe

  • 250 gm cubed paneer
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • Kasturi Methi
  • 2 tablespoon refined oil
  • 1 medium sliced onion
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1-2 Black Pepper
  • 1 Cardemom
  • Salt as required
  • 1 teaspoon spice black pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 dry red chili
  • 2 cup curd
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaatmasala
  • 1 bunch coriender leaves
  • 1 bunch pudina (mint) leaves
  • Method

    • Step-1: To prepare this delicious dish, take a heated pan with oil and fry the paneer cubes,than keep aside.

    • Step-2: Take A bowl add curd grind coriender and pudina (mint) leaves, some chopped ginger,garlic,green chilli in ginger. Grind it than add all spices along with kasturi methi and paneer fried cubes than mix well.

    • Step-3: Cut onion into slice,chopped tomato,chopped green chilli and garlic.Take a heated oil in pan and fry cumin seeds, black pepper, cardemom, add onion slice and chopped garlic strain till its loose. Add coriender powder and red chilli powder, spices than add chopped tomato fry strain properly till water evoprate.

    • Step-4: Add mixture of coriender and pudina (mint) mixture. Simmer for 10 minuits.

    • Step-5: Once cooked, transfer the dish to a serving bowl and serve hot.
